Mission First.
Mission Cyber.
Pueo is a National Security cyber company built to inspect, defend, harden, and continuously authorize the networks our customers depend on.
We deliver mission-grade cybersecurity across defense, intelligence, homeland security, federal enterprise, and critical infrastructure.
One accountable team.
Our work connects mission-risk inspection, defensive cyber operations, continuous authorization, security engineering, and mission delivery through one accountable team.
Pueo was built to deliver capability that endures through innovation, education, and expertise.
The Perch: Pueo’s Innovation Lab
The Perch is Pueo’s innovation lab – where mission cyber capabilities are modeled, tested, and proven before they reach customer environments. It supports the methods and tools Pueo fields across mission-risk inspection, agentic AI, automation, DevSecOps, and continuous compliance: a practical place to engineer what the mission will rely on.
Technology Ecosystem
Pueo engineers across proven mission platforms, including Corelight, Splunk, AWS, Azure, Red Hat, and Broadcom. The value is the team that knows how to make these platforms work inside complex, high-trust mission environments.
High-Stakes Facilitation
Pueo is credentialed by the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC) to certify Cultural Facilitators – a capability that strengthens the human side of mission delivery: difficult conversations, root-cause issues, leadership alignment, and hard findings that must be understood before they can be fixed.
Pueo Academy
Pueo Academy builds capability into the people who do the work. As an accredited training organization, Pueo creates structured development plans, curriculum, and guided learning for employees, partners, and customers, so the work continues after the engagement ends.
Certified Delivery
Pueo delivers against independently validated standards for quality, security, service management, software development, and operational maturity. Those credentials show up in the work as repeatable processes, accountable delivery, and confidence in how sensitive mission environments are supported.
The technology behind the mission.
The platforms Pueo builds on, engineered and operated by the same teams that deliver the mission.
Network detection that feeds Pueo’s agentic-AI analysis inside the boundary.
The SIEM platform Pueo engineers and runs across its security operations.
GovCloud infrastructure for classified and federal workloads.
Azure Government for IL5 and classified workloads, and the identity layer beneath them.
OpenShift, OpenStack, and Linux: the enterprise platforms Pueo builds and secures.
VMware and Carbon Black, carrying mission workloads from the enterprise core to the edge.
Independently audited, certified, and accredited.

Named for the guardian.
Named for the pueo – the Hawaiian owl, and a family guardian – Pueo carries a story of vigilance, wisdom, and protection.
One evening on ʻUlupalakua Ranch, our founder Micah Mossman’s grandfather, Edward Kaʻiaokamalie, did not come home. Days into the search, with the party ready to give up, his wife Eva saw a pueo circling in broad daylight, out of the ordinary. She recognized her ʻaumākua, a guardian spirit, and sent the searchers to that spot.
They found Eddie pinned beneath his fallen horse, parched and near death. The pueo had kept watch.
In Hawaiian tradition, an ʻaumākua watches over its own. At Pueo, that idea still guides the company: see what others miss, stay with the mission, and guard what matters most.
The mission is serious. The company is human.
Pueo is home to cleared cyber professionals, engineers, operators, and mission delivery leaders who want to do critical work alongside real experts and a team that stands behind them.
Standards of Trust.
The Pueo Code of Conduct and Ethics establishes the standards of integrity expected of everyone who works with or on behalf of Pueo: employees, partners, and subcontractors alike.
The Code reflects our commitment to the mission, our customers, and the trust placed in us to operate in sensitive environments.
