Pueo runs a prime federal security operations center at enterprise scale, and runs it converged: network operations and cyber operations on one around-the-clock floor. One watch, one picture of the enterprise, one escalation path.

Convergence is an operational decision, not an org chart. A circuit degradation gets checked as a possible security event before it is written off as a network fault, and a security event gets checked against the network picture before it becomes an outage. Tiered triage carries an alert from first touch to closed case against enterprise-scale telemetry volumes, playbook automation absorbs the repeat work, and floor metrics report what the watch actually did. In one federal enterprise deployment, Pueo absorbed five security operations centers and consolidated their tooling.

This is also the practice Pueo’s agentic AI rides on. Pueo operates the security platform, the telemetry pipelines, and the detection content beneath the floor, so AI-augmented triage is engineered against a substrate Pueo already runs rather than bolted onto someone else’s stack.
