The platform under the SOC.

Engineering, integration, and sustainment of enterprise security platforms, telemetry services, and retrieval-augmented (RAG) content pipelines: the platform layer beneath the enterprise-scale SOC.

Overview

SIEM & Security Platform Engineering

Detection is only as good as the telemetry underneath it. Pueo engineers, integrates, and sustains the platforms that collect, parse, and retain that telemetry: SIEM, network detection, endpoint, identity, and the data services that feed them.

This is platform engineering, not tuning at the console. Pueo builds and operates collection and parsing pipelines, onboards new log sources with field mapping that holds, designs index and retention against storage reality, and keeps the platform upgraded and available for the analysts on the floor. It is the platform layer beneath the enterprise-scale SOC, engineered on classified fabrics as well as in federal enterprise environments.

It also carries the newer content layer. Pueo engineers retrieval-augmented (RAG) content pipelines so detection content, playbooks, and reference material are indexed and retrievable by analysis tooling running inside the customer boundary, including Pueo GAUGE, which builds its ATT&CK coverage board and confidence truth-scores from the live telemetry this platform layer delivers.

Accelerators

What’s Inside

  • SIEM engineering & sustainment

Deployment, upgrade, and daily sustainment of enterprise SIEM: cluster health, index and retention design, license and capacity management, and availability for the operations floor.

  • Telemetry services & data onboarding

Collection architecture, ingestion and parsing pipelines, and new log-source onboarding with the field mapping and normalization detection content can rely on.

  • Security platform integration

Integration of network detection, endpoint, identity, and orchestration platforms into one working toolchain, with the interfaces and automation that connect them.

  • RAG content pipelines

Engineering of retrieval-augmented content pipelines that index detection content, playbooks, and reference material for analysis tooling running inside the customer boundary.

  • Detection content enablement

The platform-side work detection engineers depend on: data models, source-coverage mapping, and the field fidelity that makes ATT&CK coverage measurable.

Mission Impact

Outcomes

  • Telemetry that arrives complete, parsed, and mapped for detection use.
  • Security platforms integrated into one toolchain instead of a shelf of consoles.
  • Index and retention design matched to storage limits and mission need.
  • Coverage that can be measured because the underlying data fidelity is engineered for it.
  • The platform layer beneath the enterprise-scale SOC, sustained by the team that built it.
