About SEWP.
NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, pronounced “soup”) is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) available to all federal agencies and their approved contractors. The program is self-funded through a 0.34% usage fee that is included in every quoted price.
Pueo holds a SEWP VI Category C contract for ITC/AV mission-oriented services, giving agencies a direct, pre-competed path to Pueo’s cyber, security engineering, and mission delivery work.

Fair Opportunity.
The SEWP VI contract is part of a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. Its Fair Opportunity clause states:
Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.
